  1. What are your Shipping times?

Your products will ship the next business day and should reach your doorstep within three (3) to five (5) days.

  1. What's your return policy?

Due to large scale orders received and worldwide shipping efforts, returns are not accepted due to our current logistics capabilities. However, should customers determine that the product ordered does not meet their satisfaction,  a full refund may be issued should there be any visible damage to the product and Ethos Kitchenware is notified within 24 hours of the customer receiving the order. It is recommended that customers take detailed photographs of the shipment to show evidence of any damages. Ethos Kitchenware has the right to determine whether a full refund should be issued on a case by case basis.

  1. Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancellation. So if you cancel your order but still receive the package, then please go ahead and do one of three things: recycle it, donate it, or enjoy it.

  1. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

Please note that all ordered items regarding model, color or electrical configuration are final. Ethos Kitchenware has the right to determine whether a new product should be issued on a case by case basis.
